For the latest on your favorite baseball team, the ESPN Deportes show Béisbol esta Noche hits a homerun. “The baseball fanatic, as much as he tries, can’t be on top of everything that is going on. With our show, he will be completely in the know,” says co-host Carolina Guillén.

Also hosting is Major League Baseball player and World Series winner Candy Maldonado. With Candy’s experience, viewers get an up close and personal feel for the game and the players. “I used to play, so I have the advantage. I try to get the fans to feel that; to feel like they’re the ones walking onto the field, and into the dugout and locker room.”

Carolina, also a seasoned professional, was the first female sports reporter in her native Venezuela. “I am very proud of being a trailblazer,” she says. With their combined expertise, fans will be really plugged-in. “I think it’s an outstanding show. It gives the fans more information than they will ever get from just watching a baseball game.”
