While growing up in the outskirts of Lima, Peru, Ricardo Timmermann helped take care of the family pets, horses, llamas and 25 dogs! Now as the host of Mi Mascota on Vme he works with all kinds of pets, exotic animals as well as experts like veterinarians, dog trainers and even his Shar-Pei mix Dixie. The show is also interactive where you can send your questions via Facebook, twiiter or to their webpage and your question will be answered by him or an expert. “The relationship and the love between an owner and his pet is what inspires me,” explains Timmermann. “This show helps me teach people how to take care of their pets and the results is a happy and healthy animal.”
