Some of the hottest stars in Latin music will be releasing new albums in early 2012. We know you’re looking forward to hearing from these performers!

Prince Royce
How will the twenty-two-year-old bachata star follow his multi-platinum debut album? You’ll get a chance to hear it for yourself in the coming months, when Atlantic Records releases two new Prince Royce albums, one in English and one in Spanish! Latin audiences will be anxious to hear everything he has to offer, especially after touring with Enrique Iglesias and Pitbull.

Jaci Velazquez
She took a break to get married and have two children, but at 32, the Texas-born actress and contemporary Christian singer is set to release her first album on Inpop, Diamond, this February. In addition to the single “Give Them Jesus,” which made its debut in the fall, she will include a song called “Girls,” reminding young women that they are beautiful just as they are.

Selena Quintanilla
She’s been gone for more than a decade now, but the Tejana megastar had recorded 50 songs that were still unreleased at the time of her death. This year, her father will release ten of those titles, and he promises that the remaining forty will be delivered to Selena’s many fans in the years ahead. All the songs will be re-mastered, taking advantage of today’s sound technology.

Nelly Furtado
The Canadian-born diva, 34, will follow up November’s release of The Best of Nelly Furtado, with Lifestyle, her fifth studio album. Postponed repeatedly, it is now scheduled to be released this spring, and includes a number of influences, including R&B and reggae. She sang a song from the album “Mystery” at the The Delta Tejo Festival; the audience loved it.
